Lessons in Social Entrepreneurship

Some of the most inspiring social entrepreneurs in India will meet with leaders from top global organizations in order to discuss some of the lessons they’ve learned in their successful pursuit of social entrepreneurship. This November, a cohort of international leaders will visit Mumbai and Ahmedabad in a series of meetings organized by the social business Journeys for Change.

This company has been bringing thought leaders in the field of social entrepreneurship form around the world together for the last five years. India has become known as a center for social entrepreneurship, with a wealth of business models and approaches emerging from the grassroots of that country. The itinerary for this year’s convention will include site visits to organizations within India which provide a variety of social services to the poor.
