A recent Program Associate job with Credit Builders Alliance requires a college degree with a minimum of 2-3 years professional experience, preferably with nonprofits. It also requires a desire to be engaged in financial services and community development related work, and excellent speaking and writing skills. The position will provide support to the Knowledge Sharing team.

It’s a unique opportunity for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and has a passion for entrepreneurship, microenterprise and economic development. Founded in 2006, Credit Builders Alliance addresses the staggering fact that in today’s credit-dependent economy, up to 40% of American adults have no access to affordable bank credit. CBA is a nonprofit social enterprise that serves as a vital bridge between the large credit bureaus and the local community development organization who work to help low and moderate income clients build credit as a financial asset.
